Example – Imitate ME

Your Example should be the same as your teaching. Your example gives weight and authority to your teaching. Your teaching can then become a tool to help explain your example.

If we can keep these two things working together consistently, it will make the job of making disciples much easier, as the evidence of “Imitate me, as I Imitate Christ”, is made clearer when the two combine.

Even though it’s better if we have the two, if for some reason you can only have “one”, make it your example, as your example alone will lead more people to Christ than your teaching (alone) ever will.
