We had something a bit different, a nutritional seminar.

Wether you are rich or poor, nutrition is a major factor in life. Statistically poorer people have some of the worst diets, which then means that they also tend to have more diet related health issues, which of course costs them financially, as they tend to consume more medicines.

So some basic nutritional information and advice, does not just have the potential to improve your living standard health wise, but it also saves you money in the long term.

The seminar was given by a national, Desiree, who is a nutritionalist and there was just some good, solid, inexpensive advice. Hopefully the people who attended recieved something that they can now begin to apply. Even small changes can make a big difference.

But as with everything, it’s all about “Desire & Choice”.
