Learn what you need to learn, then learn it.
Learn the subject matter, the information, learn “what it is” you need to learn in order to accomplish or complete, that task or goal, so learn “what” you need to learn, then learn it.
Make growth deliberate.
If we cease to learn, we will shortly cease to truly lead, or at least the people we “think” we are leading, will themselves cease to learn, because they example of learning will not be before them.
