Our thinking patterns are often so ingrained that it is often really difficult to ever acknowledge that the source of any of our difficulties or problems might be internal, coming from our state of mind.

It’s often like our thinking patterns and beliefs have a built in defense mechanism, where it is more natural to see the source of the majority of our problems as external.

This stops self reflection, which in turn hinders change, therefore slowing, or sometimes stopping, growth.

Here’s a key, “MY problems often start with ME”.

Don’t avoid this “highly probable” possibility, embrace it, so we can adjust and change.
