Releasing the Power of Jesus.
Concepts from a Bill Johnson nook…
Truth is not supposed INFORM, it’s supposed to EMPOWER.
There are a great many Christians who ACKNOWLEDGE truth, but never really experience it in a practical way in their life. We tend to hold the promises of God at arms length, believing that they will be a future reality, not a present one.
We are “heirs with God”, not just believers in God. We start by “believing” in God, but then we should grow into “being” with God. John 1:12 says we “become” sons of God, salvation is the start of a progressive journey, don’t stop until you “are” all you are supposed to be, which is like Jesus.
